How Fiona's pet transport works
Fiona drives her own car, and you sit beside your pet for the whole journey. Each fare covers one pet and one accompanying owner, with portable oxygen in the car included in the fare.
She covers all of Singapore, including Sentosa, day or night. It is an independent, single-vehicle service, so please call to check she is free and how soon she can reach you.
Fiona can take dogs up to 40kg. If your dog is heavier than 40kg, please call her before booking.
Transportation only. No veterinary or paramedic services are provided.
Pet transport questions
Who can travel in the car?
Each fare covers one pet and one accompanying owner. You sit in the car with your pet throughout the journey.
Is oxygen included?
Yes. An oxygen supply is carried in the car and included in both fares, for your pet if needed. Fiona does not administer oxygen or give clinical advice.
How much does it cost?
S$250 per one-way trip when the driver arrives at pickup from 8:00am to before 10:00pm, and S$350 total when the driver arrives from 10:00pm to before 8:00am.
How can I pay?
Cash or PayNow only.
Do you operate 24 hours?
Yes, 24/7, subject to availability. This is an independent, single-vehicle service, so Fiona may already be transporting another pet. Please call to confirm availability and estimated collection time.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once you have spoken to Fiona and agreed on the pickup, destination, fare and estimated collection time.
How big a pet can Fiona take?
Fiona can take dogs up to 40kg. If your dog is heavier than 40kg, please call her before booking so she can check the car can take them.

Your fare is based on the driver’s arrival time at your pickup location. Exactly 10:00pm is S$350; exactly 8:00am is S$250. Crossing a time boundary during the journey does not change the fare.
Portable oxygen is included in both fares — there is no extra charge for oxygen.

How to call for urgent transport
- Call your chosen veterinary clinic so they know you are coming. See the 24-hour vet list if you need one.
- Call Fiona on +65 9839 1308 with your pickup address, destination, pet type and size, and whether oxygen may be needed.
- Your booking is confirmed once you have spoken to Fiona and agreed on the pickup, destination, fare and estimated collection time.
- Keep your pet calm and contained while you wait, and ride beside them for the journey.
