Fiona has dedicated years to helping dogs who have been abandoned, neglected or overlooked, with a particular concern for senior dogs and those with additional needs. Her commitment to animal welfare is reflected in her rescue work, care for ageing dogs and experiences with Button, the Hokkien-trained therapy dog who brought companionship to hospice patients.

Through Emergency Pet Transport Singapore, Fiona helps owners get their pets to their chosen veterinary clinic or destination. Owners can sit beside their pets during the journey, with portable oxygen included in the fare. Fiona provides transportation only; no veterinary or paramedic services are offered.

Fiona independently runs this single-vehicle service, with pickup anywhere in Singapore including Sentosa. Each fare covers one pet and one accompanying owner, with an oxygen supply for the pet if needed. Fiona may already be transporting another pet; calling is the quickest way to confirm availability and estimated collection time.
